My name is Rich Schoenwolf and I am the owner of Preferred Painting, Inc. We have been in business since 1991 and have served the Chicagoland area with nothing but exceptional quality and service. We know that your home or business is a special part of who you are, so we strive to provide a product that you can be proud of. We guarantee our work, and we strive to offer competitive prices.

We are a full service Commercial and Residential painting company which specializes in both interior and exterior projects. We also specialize in Insurance Restoration projects for both Commercial and Residential needs.

My employees are a part of who we are. We are a close knit company with long standing employees, many of whom have been with Preferred Painting, Inc. since it’s inception. Our workers are employees, not subcontractors.

There will always be a foreman/contact person on your job site at all times. Should the foreman not be able to answer your questions, I am always available to respond to any concerns.
